These are the swedish and the english edition of a short book I wrote after having interviewed two survivors of ww2 camps and one survivor of the Thailand tsunami. They are published here – for the first time – in connection to the holocaust memorial day of 27th of January, of this year, 2016. The tales are artfully illustrated by swedish artist Maluni.
These survivors all lost dear ones under undescribably horrible circumstances, but they also managed to go on living a life with meaning and happiness.
It was a unique, solemn and partly sad and chocking experience for me to listen to them, but also inspiring.
